The Preschool Program at SS Peter & Paul Catholic School provides children with a loving and caring environment where they can grow and become more aware of the world around them. Through many activities offered, we create a positive self-image as well as expand the child’s horizons mentally, physically and emotionally.
Children learn through exploring their environment, as well as interacting socially in a group setting. Throughout our program, we also discover God’s love for each of us through Bible stories, songs and prayers.
The preschool experience is an important early step in establishing positive behavior and learning habits that will benefit your child through the remainder for their schooling.
We create a classroom atmosphere where there are many opportunities for verbal expression and movement activities. The fun of seeking creative solutions, questioning and problem solving are encouraged. Games, music, field trips, language arts, math enrichment, science explorations and art activities enhance the pleasure your child will have learning with their peers.

ABOUT K - 8 ADMISSIONS

Saints Peter and Paul is dedicated to promoting Catholic Education and our K - 8 program is fundamental in putting students on the course to success. Therefore the cost to provide Catholic Education is subsidized for the children of ACTIVE PARISHIONERS by the parishes of Ss. Peter and Paul in Waterloo, St. Augustine of Canterbury in Hecker, Our Lady of Good Council in Renault, St. Mary in Valmeyer, St. Michael in Paderborn, St. Patrick in Ruma and St. Patrick in Tipton.
The actual cost of educating a child at SPPCS is $8,257/child although the tuition rate per child is $3,525/child. All parish families receive a significant “waiver” or reduction in tuition from their actual cost. This difference is covered through parish subsidy and fundraising.
As a part of our 2018-2019 budget, we received $370,000 from SS Peter & Paul Parish—this amounts to more than $1682 per student. We also receive subsidies from all of our outlying parishes with children in our school as well. We ask, therefore, for all families to please contribute a minimum of $10 per week to your parish in order to continue as an active parishioner and fully support your parish which in turn so greatly supports our school.
On the registration form, please complete your parishioner status by checking one of the boxes below. Your parishioner status will be sent to your pastor for review. If your pastor does not agree that your family meets the definition of an active parishioner, you will be billed at a non-parishioner rate.
